Our mission is to improve quality of life, education and sustainability through practical knowledge, training programs and creative partnerships.
We are committed to empowering all communities to grow and develop sustainably when given the right tools, knowledge and support. By combining local wisdom with modern development approaches, we hope to create positive and lasting change at the grassroots level of society.

Background
The Highland Quality of Life Learning Center was established with the idea of enhancing the quality of life of ethnic groups and communities in the Highlands through learning, career development and sustainable support.
We were established in 2020 until now.
Our organization began as a collaboration between government and community networks that recognized the need for sustainable development for people in remote areas where educational and economic opportunities were limited. We established 10 learning centers in different areas to provide people with access to knowledge, resources and opportunities that would improve the quality of life in highland communities.
